Growing by the DAY!

...and most new homes will be permanently occupied!

It's all happening on The Links with home building in full motion! Success leads to confidence and confidence leads to success. I've always stated that St Francis Links is for the young families to the forever young and those numbers are growing annually. Since opening St Francis Links, the St Francis College has been a great barometer for growth in our community as well. What started with 2 students about the time we opened, the College is now home to more than 170 and growing. Our area schools are drawcards for young families. Security, financial stability and our lifestyle options on the estate are proving to be a major drawcard for all ages. We are our own municipality, providing everything from potable water to refuse collection for our residents.

Full house, full of energy and full of praise

Good-Bye Ruan and Thanks for everything!

Ruan, Janene and recently added, baby Zachary Deysel, have been part of the Links Family for the past two years. Ruan has helped to see the financial side of the Estate grow in a positive way! He has been an integral part of EXCO, actively participating in all aspects of the Estate - planning, budgeting, keeping us in good stead with new regulations and changes that we have been faced with.

Ruan

Ruan is taking his tax knowledge with him into private practice in Jeffrey's Bay. He will be there for YOU!

The transition from OLD to NEW will be a smooth one as his replacement is none other than Andrew Barton, who was our Financial Manager for 10 years. Andrew returns with enthusiasm! He owns a home on the estate and will be living here from the first of the month!

 Els for Autism is underway!

This morning, we teed off nearly 100 golfers who are here to Support the Els for Autism campaign in South Africa. As one of a few selected Clubs privileged to host the event, St Francis Links, with the help of our friends and sponsors will hand over a sizeable cheque tonight after the dinner and auction.
